Shaan Gogna
The chapter president is responsible for leading his brothers and managing the operations of the chapter. He is the face of the Fraternity to the chapter, the Greek community, the university, and the alumni and volunteers who support the chapter.
From San Jose, CA, our president is Shaan Gogna, a junior majoring in Microbial Biology. Fun fact: Shaan worked in a neurobiology research lab and dissected fruit fly brains.

TJ Martinez
The vice president of programming is responsible for the planning and execution of the chapter’s events and functions. He is the master of how the chapter spends its time...the chapter's calendar. He is the head of the programming committee and works to ensure his brothers have a balanced, values-based experience.
From Sacramento, CA, our vice president of programming is TJ Martinez, a freshman majoring in English. Fun Fact: Trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Arhaan Aggarwal
The vice president of the Learning Community is responsible for creating a physical and operational learning environment, and ensuring that the space is productively used by the chapter. The Learning Community is a program for high-performing chapters that partner with the University to help our brothers enhance academic success, leadership education, ethical behavior and the practical application of knowledge beyond the classroom.
From Chandigarh, India, our vice president of learning community is Arhaan Aggarwal, a senior majoring in Computer Science/Business. Fun Fact: Loves collecting sunglasses.

Charlie Edgar
The vice president of finance is responsible for budgeting, collecting our dues and managing our finances. He's the man with the money!
From Gig Harbor, WA, our vice president of finance is Charlie Edgar, a sophomore majoring in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research. Fun fact: Charlie moved 8 times before coming to Berkeley!

Collin Lee
The vice president of member development oversees the development experience of each brother by providing support and structure during a crucial part of their lives. Managing the chapter’s membership experience by implementing the Balanced Man Program is the keystone of the role, providing a positive fraternal experience and ensuring strong chapter leadership and operations. The vice president of member development ensures that our Founder’s vision lives on day in, day out, at every one of our chapters.
From San Francisco, CA, our vice president of member development is Collin Lee, a senior majoring in Economics/Data Science. Fun Fact: Heavily addicted to shoe collection (Bad for bank account).

Aakarsh Real
The vice president of recruitment drives the quantity and quality of a chapter’s membership. By successfully recruiting the best men on campus, he ensures a great fraternity experience for his brothers and the long-term success of his chapter.
From San Jose, CA, our vice president of recruitment is Aakarsh Real, a freshman majoring in Astrophysics. Fun Fact: Fourth degree black belt in mixed martial arts.

Xavier Cardenas
The vice president of communications is the chapter’s information officer, lead storyteller, and the primary protector of the chapter’s brand as well as the Grand Chapter’s brand. By wielding tools like chapter sites and social media, this position helps shape perception of the chapter and put its brand in a position to thrive on campus.
From Denver, CO, our vice president of communications is Xavier Cardenas, a freshman majoring in English. Fun Fact: Took ice skating lessons as a kid.

Landon Gerry
The chaplain is entrusted with the care and guard of the Fraternity’s Ritual. He also leads the judicial branch of the chapter. In doing so, he is responsible for holding all members accountable to the principles of Virtue, Diligence and Brotherly Love, as well as the other standards of membership. Additionally, the chaplain plays a key role in recognizing and reinforcing the positive behaviors and actions of his brothers.
From Chico, CA, our chaplain is Landon Gerry, a freshman majoring in Political Economy. Fun Fact: Has the music taste of a dad (classic rock).

Joshua Wong
The Balanced Man Scholarship (BMS) chair creates a timeline and develops a plan for the BMS. He also selects and manages a BMS committee to implement the scholarship.
From Riverside, CA, our Balanced Man Scholarship Chairman is Josh Wong, a sophomore majoring in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Fun Fact: Has 29 teeth (one more than normal).

Wayne Aung
The sigma coordinator is primarily responsible for overseeing the "Sigma Challenge," the first phase of our continuous development program within the SigEp, focusing on shaping the experience of new members during their initial weeks in the chapter by guiding them through activities and development designed to fully integrate them into the fraternity culture and values. He reports and is aided by the vice president of member development.
From Daly City, CA, our sigma coordinator is Wayne Aung, a freshman majoring in Data Science. Fun Fact: Loves collecting Pokémon cards.
